Time Zone Scheduler

The calculator converts one source meeting date and time into local start/end times for selected participant zones using IANA time zone rules.

Conversions are date-aware, so daylight saving transitions are handled from each zone's actual offset on the selected day. This avoids common mistakes where fixed UTC offsets drift seasonally.

Work-window checks mark whether each participant sees the meeting within configured local business hours, helping reduce off-hours scheduling.

A slot is considered valid only when both start and end stay inside each person's local work window. If any participant falls outside the range, the slot is flagged as a mismatch.

Suggested overlap slots scan the selected date and return candidate windows that satisfy the chosen meeting duration and workday boundaries across all selected zones.

The overlap scan evaluates 30-minute start increments and returns the earliest matches first, which is useful for quickly shortlisting practical options before sending invitations.

If no overlap appears, widen the work window, shorten meeting duration, or choose fewer distant zones. These three adjustments usually recover feasible options fastest.
